Tongkol Bumbu Sarden


Bahan:
1 ekor ikan tongkol, potong 5 bagian
2 bh jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
3 sdm minyak goreng
3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1 bh bawang bombai, iris tipis
3 lbr daun salam
5 bh tomat ukuran sedang, cincang halus
3 sdm saus tomat
2 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm gula pasir
Bumbu Halus:
5 bh bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 bh cabai rawit
3 cm jahe
4 cm kunyit
1 sdt garam
Cara Membuat:
1. Lumuri ikan dengan air jeruk nipis dan bumbu halus, diamkan selama 15 menit.
2. Kukus ikan yang sudah dibumbui ke dalam pinggan tahan panas selama 30 menit.
3. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, tambahkan bawang bombai dan daun salam, aduk hingga layu.
4. Masukkan sisa bahan ke dalam tumisan, aduk hingga mendidih dan tercampur rata.
5. Tambahkan ikan, aduk rata lalu hidangkan.
